  2. A walkthrough and a plan

    We visit the home, record a video for you, and put together a written plan and estimate.

  3. We do the work

    Cleanout, repairs and updates, with regular photo updates so you always know where things stand.

  4. The home is ready

    The house is prepared for sale and handed back to your family, ready for the next chapter.

When an estate includes a Las Vegas home, we take the physical work off your client's plate. We coordinate directly with the executor or administrator and keep your office informed, so the property is ready when the estate is.

Hi, I'm Stacey.

I live in Las Vegas and have spent years renovating homes with my own hands and with a trusted team of local contractors.

This work is personal for me. My own grandparents' home is in California, filled with decades of memories and belongings, and my family is facing the same questions you may be facing now: what to keep, what to fix, and who can possibly handle it all from far away. I started this service so families like mine have someone they can trust to take care of it.

My promise is simple: I will treat your family's home with the same care I would want for my grandparents' home, and I will always tell you plainly what it needs.

What families usually ask.

Do I need to be in Las Vegas?

No. We can handle everything locally and keep you updated by phone, email, photos and video.

Can you help while the estate is still in probate?

Yes. We work with the executor or administrator, and their attorney, so the work is done with the right approvals.

What does it cost?

Every home is different. After the walkthrough you get a written estimate, and no work starts until you approve it.

What happens to my parent's belongings?

You decide. We set aside keepsakes and anything you want to keep, ship items to family if needed, and arrange donations for the rest.

What if we'd rather not fix the house up?

That is fine too. Pomleon Properties also buys houses as they are, so we can talk about that option if it suits your family better.
